- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients - Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information - Maintain patient records and update medical administrative support systems - Assist with dental billing and insurance claims processing - Provide excellent patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns - Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow - Manage the front desk area and maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical administrative support role preferred - Knowledge of dental office procedures, systems, and terminology - Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Epic - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with medical records management and confidentiality protocols Note:
